1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.
2. How do I /create an account?
Please click on Account icon on the top right corner “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.
3. How do I order?
Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
4. What should I do if I made a mistake on my order?
Immediately contact us by phone or email and our team will gladly resolve all of your concerns!

5. What if I forget to use the discount code?
After the checkout is completed, we will not refund due to the discount code. However, we recommend that you can cancel the order within 24 hours. Since the item will not leave the warehouse within 24 hours, order cancellation is free. After canceling the order, you can buy again and use the discount code.

7. I have a discount code, how can I use it?
Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.
8. Can I cancel my order?
We can only process cancellations for items that have not gone into production. Please email us at ([email protected]) with your order details we will cancel your order and provide a full refund.
9. What’s the status of my order?
Following a successful order, please expect a confirmation email. You will also receive an update email when your order goes into production. Once your order ships, we will send a third email with your tracking information.
The most recent information on your order is always available via the receipt link provided in our email correspondence.
If you did not receive the status update emails, please check your spam folder or promotions tab in case it was redirected there.
10. Do I need to pay taxes and duties?
Our products do not charge any other taxes and fees
11.How to return the goods?
You can return the product free of charge within 30 days after receiving your items, but you need to ensure that the product meets the return conditions when returning the product. We do not charge a return fee, but for returns that are not related to product quality, you need to pay a return shipping fee. We will provide you with a return address in based on your shipping address. The shipping cost of returning the goods to us depends on the logistics provider you choose.

12.How long will it take for my product to be shipped?
It depends on your location and selected shipping options. At the time of purchase, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. Most orders are shipped 1-5 business days after we receive it. Delivered within 5-15 business days.
13. How long is the product warranty period?
The warranty period of our products is one month. After that, if you need us, we are always at your service.
